Holiday Venitian Creme
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
- 1 tablespoon Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
- 8 ounces whiskey or 8 ounces rum
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor for 3 min.
- refrigerate until cold.
- Serve in various ways: Pour over ice cream, a liquor-type drink, or over ice.
- It's a change from egg nog.
