My New Favorite Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 14 lbs italian seasoned ground turkey
- 1 carrot, finely diced
- 1 celery, finely diced
- kale, to taste, finely chopped
- 1 quart tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 12 cup red wine
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- Brown ground turkey, add onion salt, garlic, carrot, celery and kale cook for 5 min or till softened.
- Add wine and deglaze a bit.
- Add tomatoes, sage, rosemary and simmer on low for 1 hour or until liquid cooks off.
