Mexican Spice Salad

  1. In a moderately sized mixing bowl combine the tomatoes, onion, peppers, cilantro & a small pinch of sugar.
  2. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the sour cream, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, lime juice, salt & pepper.
  4. Stir to mix together.
  5. Chill for another 15 minutes.
  6. Stir again just before serving.
  7. Can be made up to a day ahead.
  8. If the stored salad's dressing separates, add another tablespoon or two of sour cream & stir together.
