u Wing It Pork Loin Chops
- 2 (3/4 lb) pork loin chops, 1 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 tablespoons grainy mustard or 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 6 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 6 tablespoons dry red wine or 6 tablespoons white wine
- Brown chops in oil in a frying pan.
- Remove to casserole dish.
- Saute onion and garlic over high heat for 2 minutes.
- Add sour cream, horseradish, mustard, dressing and wine.
- Heat for 3 minutes.
- Pour over chops.
- Bake in preheated 350F oven for 1 hour or until done.
