Hot Orzo Casserole

  1. Cook orzo according to package.
  2. Defrost spinach in microwave for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Drain artichoke hearts.
  4. Mix with spinach in bottom of 13x9 baking pan.
  5. Season to taste.
  6. Drain orzo.
  7. Add to spinach mixture.
  8. Add in sauce and chicken.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Top with cheese.
  11. Wrap baking dish with foil.
  12. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
  13. Unwrap and broil until cheese is brown.
  14. Serve immediately.
