Pears with Easy Chocolate Sauce

• 1 (14 ounce) can pears
• 34 cup water
• 13 cup sugar
• 12 cup sifted cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Divide pears among 4 individual dessert dishes& set aside.
2. Combine water& sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat.
3. Stir in cocoa& return to a boil; boil, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
4. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla& drizzle sauce over pears.
5. Serve at once.
