Shrimp Fettucini Recipe

  1. In large skillet, cook garlic in butter.
  2. Add in asparagus, peas, and green onions, and cook and stir about 5 min or possibly till vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  3. Stir in shrimp, parsley, basil, red pepper, and wine.
  4. Cook and stir over high heat 1 minute or possibly till shrimp is heated through.
  5. Serve over warm fettucini.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
