Sling

• 2 ice cubes
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
• 2 to 3 ounces liquor (brandy, gin, vodka or whiskey)
• Water

1. Combine the ice, sugar, lemon juice and liquor in a highball glass.
2. Fill with cold water and stir.
