Garlic Mustard & Shallot Turkey Burgers

  1. Heat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Saute shallots over medium heat in olive oil for about 5-7 minutes, or until they become transluscent.
  3. Combine ground turkey, shallots, mustard, herbes de Provence, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs in a large bowl.
  4. Form into patties and grill for about 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Place on English muffin, top with cheese and garnish with avocado, tomato and onion.
