Garlic Mustard & Shallot Turkey Burgers
- 2 Tablespoons Shallots, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pound Ground Turkey Meat
- 1/4 cups Garlic Mustard Aioli
- 1 Tablespoon Herbes De Provence
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 cups Bread Crumbs
- 5 whole English Muffins, Toasted
- 5 slices Swiss Cheese
- 1 whole Avocado, Sliced
- 1 whole Tomato, Sliced
- 1/4 whole Onion, Sliced
- Heat grill to medium high heat.
- Saute shallots over medium heat in olive oil for about 5-7 minutes, or until they become transluscent.
- Combine ground turkey, shallots, mustard, herbes de Provence, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs in a large bowl.
- Form into patties and grill for about 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Place on English muffin, top with cheese and garnish with avocado, tomato and onion.
