April's Spinach Salad
- 14 cup red wine vinegar
- 13 cup granulated sugar
- 12 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 ounces fresh spinach
- 8 ounces sliced strawberries
- 12 cup almonds or 12 cup pine nuts
- Mix together red wine vinegar, sugar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, onion salt and pepper until sugar is dissolved.
- Can make ahead and store in jar in fridge.
- Mix spinach, strawberries and nuts in separate bowl.
- Add dressing when ready to serve.
