Green & Red Salad Recipe

  1. Arrange lettuce on platter.
  2. Arrange vegetables in alternating layers.
  3. Starting with yellow bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, green bell pepper, red onion, yellow bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, tomato, red pepper.
  4. Spread olives over dish.
  5. Serve with dressing: 3 tbsp.
  6. water 2/3 c. oil (salad)
  7. Mix all.
  8. Then add in to dish 3 to 4 Tbsp.
  9. Feta cheese, crumbled; shake well.
