Mexican Soup

  1. Turn crock pot on low
  2. Add all ingredients to crock pot except tomato paste
  3. Stir occasionally and cook on high for about 3 hours
  4. Add tomato paste to thicken
  5. Cook on low for 1 more hour.
  6. Serve in bowls top with mexican cheese blend and sour cream serve with corn chips and guacamole
