Mexican Soup
- 2 lb steak diced
- 1 can corn (half drained)
- 3 small potatoes diced
- 1 packages key lime cilantro skillet sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1/3 chopped onion
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3 can green chile (2 hot 1mild)
- dash garlic salt
- 1 packages grated cheese (mexican blend)
- 1 packages corn chips
- 1 cup water
- Turn crock pot on low
- Add all ingredients to crock pot except tomato paste
- Stir occasionally and cook on high for about 3 hours
- Add tomato paste to thicken
- Cook on low for 1 more hour.
- Serve in bowls top with mexican cheese blend and sour cream serve with corn chips and guacamole
