Mocha Ice Cream with Coco Nibs
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 raw egg yolks
- 1/2 cup blue agave nectar
- 1 tbsp. cocoa nibs (optional)
- 2 tbsp. organic cocoa mixed with water to make a syrup (can be heaping TBL for extra dark chocolate flavor)
- 1 tsp. coffee extract
- Whisk together all the above ingredients, and chill for 20 minutes in your freezer.
- Then, add to Cuisinart or other ice cream maker and process for 20 minutes or until it becomes ice cream!
