Salsa Chicken
- 4 pieces Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 envelope (about 1 Oz.) Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup Salsa
- 3/4 cups Shredded Mexican Cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet (I use a baking stone) and sprinkle both sides of the chicken with the taco seasoning mix.
- Place the salsa over the chicken and cook for 25-30 minutes until tender and juicy.
- Sprinkle cheese over the chicken and place back into the oven for another 3-5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
