Edible Sugared Fruit Centerpiece
- 1 powdered egg whites
- 1 water, to reconstitute eggs
- 1 small pears, lady apples, or champagne grapes (or other sturdy fruits)
- 1 granulated sugar
- Mix the egg whites with a little water to form a thin paste.
- Paint select fruits and sprinkle them with sugar.
- Let the sugar set for 1 hour before arranging on a centerpiece.
- *You can use a cake stand, stacked cake stands, or an epergne, and place this in the middle of your table.
