Edible Sugared Fruit Centerpiece

• 1 powdered egg whites
• 1 water, to reconstitute eggs
• 1 small pears, lady apples, or champagne grapes (or other sturdy fruits)
• 1 granulated sugar

1. Mix the egg whites with a little water to form a thin paste.
2. Paint select fruits and sprinkle them with sugar.
3. Let the sugar set for 1 hour before arranging on a centerpiece.
4. *You can use a cake stand, stacked cake stands, or an epergne, and place this in the middle of your table.
