Chocolate Toffee Crunchies

  1. Combine crumbs, brown sugar and butter.
  2. Press into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. In a saucepan, bring butter and brown sugar to a boil over medium heat; boil and stir for 1 minute.
  5. Pour evenly over crust.
  6. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven; let stand for 2 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with chocolate chips; let stand until chocolate is melted.
  9. Spread evenly over the top; sprinkle with pecans.
  10. Cool completely before cutting.
