Diabetic Apple Cake

  1. Mix dry ingredients, add butter, eggs, sugar substitute, and blend well.
  2. Stir in grated apples and nuts.
  3. Bake in well-greased 9x13 pan at 375F (190C).
  4. for 40 to 50 minutes.
