Salty Dog
- 3/4 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice (from 1 grapefruit)
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- Fill a highball glass with ice, and then add the grapefruit juice through a small strainer to remove pulp.
- Add salt and vodka and stir until well chilled.
- Serve.
