Salty Dog

• 3/4 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice (from 1 grapefruit)
• 1 pinch fine sea salt
• 1 1/2 ounces vodka

1. Fill a highball glass with ice, and then add the grapefruit juice through a small strainer to remove pulp.
2. Add salt and vodka and stir until well chilled.
3. Serve.
