Sauted garbanzos w/ swisschard

  1. heat oil in skillet on med high
  2. drain and rinse garbanzos, add to oil.
  3. saute until golden about 4 mins
  4. reduce heat to medium
  5. add carrot, onion cumin, salt and pepper saute additional 4 mins.
  6. add grape tomatoes, cook until they "pop" about 3 mins.
  7. rinse well and rough chop swiss chard.
  8. add to pan
  9. as soon as chard wilts slightly, add garlic, cook additional 2 mins.
  10. add a dollop of plain greek yogurt if you like
