Apricot Barbecue Sauce for Ham

  1. Mix cornstarch with 2 TBSP cold water.
  2. Add apricot nectar, vinegar, sugar, apricot preserves, catsup and dry mustard.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
