Passover Spinach Pie
- 4 (4 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
- 1 chopped onion (small)
- 5 tablesppons margarine
- salt
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 8 eggs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook and drain spinach.
- Saute onions.
- Mix spinach and sauted onions together.
- Add seasonings and margarine.
- Let cool.
- Add eggs and beat.
- Pour into lightly greased pie plate.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
