Easy Vanilla Wafer Tiramisu

  1. Dissolve coffee granules in hot water.
  2. Gradually add to cream cheese in medium bowl, beating with whisk until blended.
  3. Add sugar; mix well.
  4. Stir in whipped topping.
  5. Place 16 of the wafers on bottom of 8-inch square dish; cover with half of the whipped topping mixture.
  6. Repeat layers; cover.
  7. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  8. Top with raspberries just before serving.
  9. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and grated chocolate.
  10. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
