Make-Ahead Salad II

  1. Put 1/2 lettuce in 9x13 glass dish.
  2. Layer with celery, green pepper, onion and green peas.
  3. Cover with remaining lettuce.
  4. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
  5. Spread over lettuce.
  6. Sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Distribute bacon and parmesan evenly over the entire dish.
  8. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
