Weight Watchers Lemon Cheese Bars Microwave Recipe

  2. To prepare crust, in medium bowl, combine butter and 1/4 c. of the sugar.
  3. With mixer on low speed, beat till creamy.
  4. Add in flour and oats; beat till blended.

  6. Press mix into bottom of an 8 inch square pan.
  7. Microwave on medium for 4-6 min, turning pan once, till dry around edges; set aside.

  9. Place cream cheese in small bowl.
  10. Microwave on medium for 40 seconds, till softened.
  11. Stir in lowfat milk, egg, and lemon juice; mix well.
  12. Spread over crust.
  13. Place remaining sugar in small sieve; tapping sieve gently, sprinkle sugar proportionately over filling.
  14. Sprinkle with coconut.
  15. Microwave on high 6-10 min, turning dish once, till hard in center.

  17. Cold completely on rack.
  18. Chill at least 2 hrs before cutting into 12 equal bars.
  19. Each serving is 205 calories.
