Chicken and Bacon Burger

  1. Mix cream cheese, avocado, tomato, and onion in a mixing bowl, cover and refrigerate until burgers are ready.
  2. Combine mince, onion, Vegemite*, breadcrumbs, egg and parsley in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Shape into 6 burgers.
  4. Wrap bacon around burgers and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Preheat and lightly grease a BBQ or grill and cook burgers for 10 - 12 minutes each side or until browned and burgers feel firm when pressed with tongs.
  6. Serve with avocado topping.
