Jerked Shrimp With Melon Salsa

  1. Prepare barbecue (medium heat).
  2. Toss shrimp, oil, 2 teaspoons lime juice, and jerk seasoning blend in medium bowl.
  3. Let marinate 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, toss cantaloupe, honeydew, cilantro, red onion, and remaining 2 teaspoons lime juice in medium bowl.
  5. Season salsa to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Thread shrimp onto metal skewers.
  7. Grill until opaque in center, occasionally brushing with marinade, about 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with salsa and lime wedges.
