Ham and Parmesan Chicken

  1. Pulse the ham, parmesan, sage and pepper in a food processor until incorporated.
  2. Pound chicken out to a 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Top with mix.
  4. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Heat a little oil in a skillet.
  6. Brown chicken on all sides.
  7. Add wine.
  8. Let evaporate.
  9. Serve hot!
