Two Way Brownies Recipe
- 1 (18 1/2 ounce.) pkg. yellow cake mix
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips, melted
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
- Blend together dry cake mix and butter.
- Set aside 1/3 of the mix.
- Into remaining 2/3 of mix, blend in Large eggs and chocolate chips.
- Spread in a greased 9 x 12 inch baking pan.
- To reserved mix, add in coconut, water and vanilla.
- Mix to blend.
- Spread over chocolate mix in pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 min, or possibly till done.
- Makes about 2 dozen.
