Dad's Easy Lamb Curry Recipe
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 3 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 to 4 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 teaspoon bouillon
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 minced apple
- 2 pound grnd lamb, browned
- Saute/fry in a skillet the onions and celery lightly in the oil.
- Stir in flour mixed with curry pwdr; blend till smooth.
- Add in bouillon to warm water, dissolve.
- Add in to skillet with catsup and salt.
- Simmer one hour, stirring occasionally.
- Add in browned lamb (crumbled) and minced apple.
- Cook another 20 to 30 min.
- Serve over rice.
