Dad's Easy Lamb Curry Recipe

  1. Saute/fry in a skillet the onions and celery lightly in the oil.
  2. Stir in flour mixed with curry pwdr; blend till smooth.
  3. Add in bouillon to warm water, dissolve.
  4. Add in to skillet with catsup and salt.
  5. Simmer one hour, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add in browned lamb (crumbled) and minced apple.
  7. Cook another 20 to 30 min.
  8. Serve over rice.
