Chicken and Spaghetti

  1. Boil fryers.
  2. Bone and cut up in small pieces.
  3. Save 1 quart.
  4. of broth; strain.
  5. Add cut up bell pepper, onion and celery to strained broth.
  6. Cook until done.
  7. Add pimiento, soup and spaghetti.
  8. Cook in broth until done.
  9. Spread 1 layer of spaghetti in bottom of casserole, next a layer of cheese and a layer of chicken.
  10. Repeat layers until mixture is used up.
  11. Bake at 350F (180C).
  12. for 25 min.
