Italian Pork Loin

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Spray a Large dutch oven with cooking spray.
  3. Place pork loin in the bottom.
  4. Surround it with the quartered potatoes, and crinkle cut carrots.
  5. You can add onions as well if desired.
  6. Open the salad dressing bottle and add Splenda (or sugar) and shake.
  7. Pour mixture over the meat and vegetables.
  8. Sprinkle the dry dressing packet on top.
  9. Cook 40 minutes or until fully cooked.
