Grilled Chicken Skewers with Coconut-Curry Sauce
- 1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- 2 zucchini, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1-inch-thick slices
- 1 cup lite coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. lime zest
- 1-1/2 tsp. curry powder
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Reserve 2 Tbsp.

- Thread chicken onto 8 skewers alternately with zucchini.
- Grill 10 to 15 min.
- or until chicken is done, turning and brushing with remaining dressing for the last 5 min.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients with reserved dressing in small saucepan; bring to boil.
- Cook 2 min.
- or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
- Serve chicken with the coconut-curry sauce.
