Grilled Chicken Skewers with Coconut-Curry Sauce

  1. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  3. dressing.
  4. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers alternately with zucchini.
  5. Grill 10 to 15 min.
  6. or until chicken is done, turning and brushing with remaining dressing for the last 5 min.
  7. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients with reserved dressing in small saucepan; bring to boil.
  8. Cook 2 min.
  9. or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
  10. Serve chicken with the coconut-curry sauce.
