VELVEETA Pumpkin Beer Soup

  1. Melt butter in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Stir in flour; cook and stir 2 min.
  5. Add milk and beer; stir.
  6. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min.
  7. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  8. Add VELVEETA; cook and stir 5 min.
  9. or until completely melted.
