Bread And Butter Zucchini Pickles Recipe

  1. Cover zucchini and onion slices with 1 inch of water and salt.
  2. Let stand 2 hrs and drain thoroughly.
  3. Combine vinegar, sugar and spices.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add in zucchini and onions.
  6. Simmer 5 min and fill jars with mix and pickling solution leaving 1/2 inch space at the top.
  7. Adjust caps and process in a boiling water bath 15 min.
