Easy Chicken And Dumplings Recipe
- 3 lbs. chicken
- 2 cans lowfat milk
- 2 cans biscuits
- Cook chicken and pick off bone.
- Return chicken to broth; bring to a boil.
- Turn heat to medium.
- Add in lowfat milk and stir alot to keep from burning.
- Healthy pinch off biscuits and add in to broth and chicken mix.
- Stir, stir, stir.
- OPTIONAL: To help thicken, use 3/4 c. flour and 3/4 c. lowfat milk.
- Stir together and add in slowly to pot.
- Will thicken more as it sets.
