Easy Chicken And Dumplings Recipe

  1. Cook chicken and pick off bone.
  2. Return chicken to broth; bring to a boil.
  3. Turn heat to medium.
  4. Add in lowfat milk and stir alot to keep from burning.
  5. Healthy pinch off biscuits and add in to broth and chicken mix.
  6. Stir, stir, stir.
  7. OPTIONAL: To help thicken, use 3/4 c. flour and 3/4 c. lowfat milk.
  8. Stir together and add in slowly to pot.
  9. Will thicken more as it sets.
