Rich White Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Soften the cream cheese in the microwave.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  3. Be careful not to get any water at all in the white chocolate as it changes the consistency.
  4. Add sugar and eggs to cream cheese and blend a bit.
  5. Blend in the chocolate.
  6. Pour the mixture into a graham cracker crust and bake for 20 minutes at 350F (180C).
  7. Let cool slightly in oven with heat off and door slightly ajar.
