Salsa Fresca (Pico de Gallo)
- 4 whole Roma Tomatoes, Core Removed And Diced Small
- 3 whole Green Onions, Sliced (Light And Dark Green Parts)
- 1 whole Small Red Onion, Diced Small
- 1 whole Serrano Pepper, Diced Small (Seeds And Ribs Remove If Desired)
- 1 whole Large Clove Of Garlic, Smashed, Peeled And Minced
- 1 whole Handful Of Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
- Toss until all ingredients are mixed.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips or on top of your favorite tacos!
