Low Fat Potato Salad

  1. Boil water and add potatoes and eggs while the water is cold.
  2. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Chop celery and green peppers finely.
  4. Peel eggs under cold water and mash.
  5. salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Blend all the ingredients together and chill.
