Apple Soy Topping
- 1 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp stir fry sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp water
- In a small sauce pan, whisk apple juice, soy sauce, and stir fry sauce together.
- Over medium-low heat slowly bring to a boil.
- While it is coming to a boil, add water to cornstarch in a small bowl.
- Stir together.
- Once apple juice mixture boils, add cornstarch mixture and stir until thick.
