Simple Sweet & Sour Chicken

  1. Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  3. Mix dressing with reserved juice; pour half into large skillet.
  4. Add chicken; stir-fry 8 to 10 min.
  5. or until done.
  6. Add vegetables and remaining dressing mixture; stir-fry 2 to 4 min.
  7. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  8. Stir in sweet-and-sour sauce and pineapple; stir-fry 1 to 2 min.
  9. or until heated through.
  10. Serve chicken mixture over rice.
