OREO White Chocolate Bars

• 25 OREO Cookies, coarsely crushed (about 2-1/2 cups crumbs), divided
• 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
• 3/4 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, chopped
• 3/4 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
• 2 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, chopped

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Sprinkle 2 cups cookie crumbs onto bottom of 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Pour condensed milk evenly over crumbs.
4. Bake 25 min.
5. ; sprinkle with peanuts, marshmallows, chopped chocolate and remaining cookie crumbs.
6. Bake 3 to 5 min or until chocolate is melted and marshmallows just begin to brown.
7. Cool completely.
