Banana Blueberry Swirl Ice Pops Recipe

  1. * Note: Martha uses Stonyfield Farm BaNilla lowfat yogurt, but you can substitute your favorite flavored yogurt in this recipe.
  2. In the bowl of a food processor, puree bananas till smooth.
  3. Add in yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice; pulse to combine.
  4. Remove half of the yogurt mix; set aside.
  5. Add in blueberries to processor, and pulse till just combined.
  6. Layer blueberry and reserved yogurt mixtures into ten 1/3-c. ice-pop molds.
  7. Using a wooden skewer, swirl the two flavors together.
  8. Insert ice-pop sticks.
  9. Transfer to freezer till frzn, about 8 hrs.
  10. Dip molds quickly in warm water to unmold.
  11. This recipe yields 10 ice pops.
