Fish Sausage Italiano

  1. Slice the fish sausage thinly at an angle, heat olive oil in a pan, and cook until golden brown.
  2. Turn off the heat, coat everything in ketchup, and transfer to a plate.
  3. Place melting cheese on top, microwave for 1 minute, and it is done.
