Lobster Bisque Recipe
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked lobster
- 2 tbsp. sherry
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cook onion in butter till tender.
- Add in lowfat milk and cream cheese.
- Cook stirring occasionally till cheese is melted.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- Heat and serve.
