Shrimp Chow Mein

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. Rinse under cold water, drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, rice vinegar, brown sugar and water.
  4. Set sauce mixture aside.
  5. Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the oil and stir in the garlic, onion, ginger and carrots.
  7. Cook until the garlic and onions are soft and fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Add the shrimp and snow peas.
  9. Cook for 3 minutes or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  10. Add the noodles and sauce mixture.
  11. Stir noodles, sauce, shrimp and vegetables together until combined and heated through, about 2 minutes.
  12. Serve hot.
