Almond Wow Pound Cake Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Spray with Pam or possibly similar item onto Bundt pan or possibly tube pan.
  3. Flour pan.
  4. Cream butter, almond paste till fluffy.
  5. Add in sugar gradually.
  6. Add in Large eggs one at a time.
  7. Mix flour, corn starch & baking pwdr alternately with lowfat milk.
  8. Bake for 1 hour
  9. Cold.
  10. Drizzle a chocolate glaze over the top - or possibly any other flavor which is compatible with almond.
  11. Use almond paste NOT almond filling.
  12. Description: "A really powerful almond taste"
  13. NOTES : You may substitute 2 1/2 c. cake flour for the flour & corn starch.
  14. You may substitute 2 loaf pans for the Bundt pan, but the baking time will be reduced.
