Chocolate Cake / Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. For cupcakes, line pan with paper/foil liners.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt.
  4. In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time.
  6. Add 1/3 flour mixture and stir.
  7. Add 1/3 milk and stir.
  8. Repeat 2 more times.
  9. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full.
  10. Bake 15-17 minutes.
  11. Toothpick should come out clean.
  12. Frost with favorite frosting.
