Chocolate Cake / Cupcakes
- 14 cup butter, softened
- 1 12 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 34 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 13 cups gold medal all-purpose flour
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 350.
- For cupcakes, line pan with paper/foil liners.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt.
- In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add 1/3 flour mixture and stir.
- Add 1/3 milk and stir.
- Repeat 2 more times.
- Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full.
- Bake 15-17 minutes.
- Toothpick should come out clean.
- Frost with favorite frosting.
