Enchilada Casserole

  1. Microwave meat and onions in 2-qt.
  2. microwaveable dish on HIGH 4 to 6 min.
  3. or until meat is no longer pink, stirring every 2 min.
  4. ; drain.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce, water and chili powder.
  6. Microwave 5 to 9 min.
  7. or until slightly thickened, stirring every 4 min.
  8. Transfer to bowl.
  9. Place 1 tortilla in same microwaveable dish; top with layers of 1/4 each meat sauce and cheese.
  10. Repeat layers 3 times.
  11. Microwave 2 to 5 min.
  12. or until heated through.
  13. Let stand 5 min.
  14. Top with tomatoes and sour cream.
