Tart Tar Suace

• 1 quart Mayo
• 3/4 cup Caper
• 3/4 cup Cornichons
• 2 lemon's Juiced
• 1/2 cup chive's
• 2 tbsp Mixed Peppercorns

1. Ruff chop capers, cornichons
2. Slice chives into small rings
3. Juice the two lemons
4. Combine all ingr.
5. in a bowl and mix completly togeather
6. ajust seasoning to desired taste
