Balsamic Grilled Chicken Salad Recipe
- 2/3 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Plus 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Plus 1 teaspoon extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 4 x Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 11 ounce Packaged salad
- Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, plus chilling time.
- Combine first 6 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
- Whisk till smooth.
- Cover and chill .
- Prepare grill or possibly broiler.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill or possibly broil 4-5 min per side, till just cooked throughout.
- Cut diagonally across the grain into 1/4 inch slices.
- Divide lettuce between individual serving plates.
- Pour dressing over.
- Top with sliced chicken breasts.
